METV Sdn. Bhd. was established as a joint venture with ART from Saudi Arabia which is the most important satellite network in Arabic countries % 51 of the company share belongs to Neguin Company.

The major activity of this company is the distribution of Feature films and TV productions from Middle East (Iran, Arabic countries, and Turkey) to Far East even to Australia and Europe. (The countries not included in the Middle East).

METV Sdn. Bhd. or Middle East TV. provides TV programs and Films from Iran, Turkey and Arabic countries.

Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, Farabi Cinema foundation, Art Center from Iran and production companies affiliated to ART from Egypt, Italy, and Lebanon and Alsham Company and Hakim Productions from Syria and TGRT TV network and Show TV from Turkey are  partners in this METV project.
